Test mode
Trying the assistant out produces responses, client
files and calls that look like work but are not. Left in the
common flow they make the agency believe it has approvals
pending, they put files named “test” among real clients, and
worst of all the assistant learns from a throwaway edit.
While it is on, a band runs
across the top of every screen. Anything you produce is flagged,
and you keep seeing it — everyone else stops. Turning it off does
not unflag what you already made.
What the flag actually changes

Tests are hidden. The Tests filter brings
them back without switching the mode on.
Clients
Test files are out of the list, out of search,
and out of the client picker.
Dashboard
Out of every counter, so the approval backlog is
the agency's real one.
Data
Out of the raw tables and their row counts.
Learning
Never used as an example, for anyone —
including you, mode on or off. This is the one exclusion that
does not depend on who is looking.

Who can use the assistant, and how far.
